Prompt School is a program of Treadwell Agency. This page explains what we collect and how we use it. Last updated October 21, 2026.

What we collect

When you register for a workshop we collect your name, email address, school, class year, major, your class selection, and, only if you opt in to text messages, your mobile number. Newsletter signup collects your email address. Host inquiries collect your name, email, and organization.

How we use it

To run the workshop you registered for: confirmations, reminders, day-of logistics, a feedback survey, your certificate, and session materials. Email subscribers receive occasional Prompt School updates with an unsubscribe link in every message.

Text messages

SMS is strictly opt-in via an unchecked checkbox at registration, limited to messages about your session (up to 4 per session). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of registration or of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.

Storage and sharing

Your information is stored with our infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel, Twilio, Resend, Kit) solely to deliver the services above. We do not sell your personal information. We record the consent you gave, when, and from where, so your choices are provable and honored.

Your choices

Unsubscribe links work immediately for email; STOP works immediately for SMS. For access or deletion requests, contact us and we will handle it promptly.
